3.2 One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold one toz88 account only. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round will be voided and the bet stake returned. The following activities are strictly prohibited on toz88 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on toz88, whether in your own name or under any alias.

12.2 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the Member, toz88 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance, subject to its legal obligations. Where an account is closed at toz88's discretion for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.3 Self-Closure. Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any outstanding verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal before closure is finalized. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon self-closure.

13.1 Governing Law.
